Mr. Malcarne is the Business Manager for the Local 420. Joe is on the State of CT. AFL CIO Executive board. He is also a delegate for the Western Connecticut Central Labor Council and is the Co-Chairman for the Local 420 Veterans Committee for Electrical Workers. Mr. Malcarne is a honorably discharged Army Veteran. Joe has two daughters.
